Chinese environmental protection problems have been much more serious. Some government officials are lack of sense of urgency and responsibility awareness. To environment, they don’t control first and not pollute, but first pollute and then control, even not control.

Although industries in some places are not modern, economy develops and GDP rises. However, environmental pollution will be very serious. In the air, we often can smell penetrating odor. A lot of poison chemical wastes are filled in the water. We can see a lot of discarded solid wastes in the ground. It indicates that increasing environmental problems in China are not only environmental problems, but also political problems. Under CCP’s one-party regime, it advocates that economy development is considered primary goal, despite sacrificing economy to fulfill GDP goal. CCP government treats environmental problems making people worried about them. Hence, Chinese government should do well to environmental protection and increase in inputs in environmental protection.
