Xueming Fang: Democratic system can fundamentally restrict corruption

Everyone has the greed and corrupt, and they are also the weakness of humanity. If people have power at hand, and the power isn’t monitored and restricted, the corrupt phenomena will absolutely appear. In China, those who have participated in corrupt are victims, and those who have suffered most are common people. Corrupt has already brought Chinese people unfairness and heavy burden.

Facing such serious corruption in China, we should be aware that it is the system existing problems rather the people. That the power, under current autocratic system hasn’t been monitored is the resource of the corrupt. If China doesn’t change from the system and only simply advocate anti-corrupt, it doesn’t come into effect and waste time and strength. What it should do? Only through democratic political reform, China builds up an ordered democratic system and makes government and government officials well monitored. It can fundamentally restrict corrupt.
