Power and corrupt has close relationship and no restriction and lack of monitor will result in corrupt. Hence, corrupt often happens at the hand of officials, and common people don’t corrupt, because they don’t have power at hand. Chinese corrupt is very serious, and serious corrupt will have bad influence on society, also influencing social stableness and people’s life and job.

Serious corrupt originates from autocracy. Firstly, we should restrict power, because it is the origin of corrupt. However power corrupt originates from system corrupt.
