Hui Yang: Chinese government has deprived people’s freedom of speech

Oct 1, 2009 is the 60 anniversary that Chinese government builds up the Politian, although it has been several month away from that day. Chinese government began to arrest, imprison or monitor dissidents, rights-defenders, religious persons and expelled the visitors. Chinese government worried that those who don’t subject to the government express the worse speech and are afraid that they will unveil the negative of the government.

Autocratic society has a common character and people don’t have freedom of speech. Different kinds of related speech restriction are the most strict, and brutal. In Chinese society, no matter newspaper or website can express freely. To those who can’t speak freely in this country, it is a kind of bitter. It indicates that open-up freedom of speech in Chinese society has been urgent.
