Lianxi Guo: China should take the environmental pollution under control

Chinese economy has rapidly developed and produced huge GDP, with the increasingly serious environmental pollution. Chinese government only pursues the high efficiency of economy, but loosens the environmental protection, making China the most serious polluted area in the Asia even the whole world. Today, different kinds of pollution have seriously influenced people’s living conditions. Those who have been influenced are the whole people, no matter what class, no matter rich or poor or no matter officials or common people.
As a CDP member, hereby I’d rather to warn Chinese government that economy construction is important, but environmental protection is also very important. I’d like to advice these government officials, since you are in the position of officials, you should serve people better. You should not only emphasize economy development, but also the environment, leaving future generations’ clean land, pure water and fresh air.
China, as a developed and heavy population country, should take responsible for the environment. International society and environmental organizations are looking forward to it.
