Chinese government has persistently discriminated minority, restricted minority’s birth development and forced minority carry out so called birth control policy. In recent years, minority women’s human rights have suffered violation. I am also a Chinese Korean nationality woman. When I was in the China mainland, I witnessed government officials forcibly performed ligation and abortion. Family plan has killed our birth willing.

Chinese society should move towards on the culture and flourish directions. Chinese people possess basic human rights. Any people in any nationality can’t accept at the cost of human rights violation and deferred the birth rate.

People’s birth and population increase have been an inviolate natural law. Birth control plan has violated natural law, inhibit Chinese society cultural progress. I, myself appealed that Chinese government should abandon birth control policy as soon as possible.
