The open degree of freedom of speech in one country depends on social political system. In the democracy country, all the Medias are open, and so is the freedom of speech. Government neither restricts people’s freedom of speech, nor interferes democracy “Negative” comments. People can freely express any speech.

In today’s Chinese society, speeches don’t thoroughly open up. Government has restrictedly monitored Medias. People can neither freely express their own thoughts and comments, nor express “Negative” freedom of speech. They don’t have channels to express their opinions.

What people can read is the newspaper published under the control of the government, and the TV programs people can see are broadcasted by government TV stations. The content and information broadcasted are all about the political achievements about the government and social prospects, neglecting true reports.

Freedom of speech is people’s natural rights, but it is totally deprived. Chinese government should stop restricting people’s freedom of speech and give it back to people.
