刘晓新(Xiaoxin Liu)

In recent years, Chinese government repeatedly promised to International society that it would improve Chinese human rights and what it has done to stop the strong appeal to improve human rights by International society. What it has done is to impetus the progress of economy and civilization and to improve the International position of Chinese government, realizing the “harmonious society” once promised to people. What Chinese government has done is good, because it aims at the mutual goals of human rights improvements and harmonious society building up. It also aims at people oriented, but the premise of people-oriented is not using violence and letting people possess basic human rights.

However, Chinese government promise of human rights improvement only staggers on the speech. Their action is extremely slow, especially on the handling contradiction about nationality. Their methods are very foolish, and frequently use violence and even carry out armed force to oppose. What it has done has completely violated from the promise of human rights improvements.

The initial thing that our government should do is to give up violence and cancel all kinds of policies about persecution. It should improve nationality relationship on the basis of respecting basic human rights, and it should create the well relationship on the human rights environment, providing human rights environments with conditions.
