Chinese society which is under autocratic system is full of corruption. No matter who are government officials or common people, if they have any corrupt opportunities, almost all the people participate in. It doesn’t mean that Chinese people like corruption, but it is because that autocratic society leads to the corruption opportunities.

Chinese government officials who are under autocratic system, they possess the absolute power beyond legal restriction. The absolute power can’t be monitored by people and it is sure to lead to corruption, a rule recognized by the International society. Today’s Chinese government doesn’t find out the problems from the system, but they only make some rules concerning anti-corruption, consequently, it is worse than before.

Chinese people criticize government on the corruption administration likewise game playing and criticize officials on ignoring rules, power abuse and abuse power to be a fortune tool. If China realizes democratic system, nobody or party can overrun the law and corruption administration becomes an easy thing.
