In recent years, a number of rights-defending events have happened in China, and land disputes problems have occupied great proportion. All in all, it is because Chinese peasants don’t have territory ownership. CCP government corrupt officials have taken advantage of the power at hand to arbitrarily occupy farmers’ land and put a great part of reimbursement fee for plowing field into their own pockets. It leads to farmers’ reliable land forcibly occupied and their living rights were totally deprived.

Presently what Chinese government should do is to give back land to our peasants and let farmers realize “those who plow have their own fields”. Before open and reform policy, fields are at people’s hands. Those who possess lands cultivate and plow very well, leading to the great improvement on productivity. After realizing open and reform policy, all that is for economy development. Different hierarchy of government occupies fields step by step and deprives farmers’ land ownership. Farmers forfeit the freedom of land administration, leading to the serious recession of Chinese agriculture development.

Hence, CCP government should give the land back to peasants and let farmers obtain land ownership. It not only means rights problems, but also impetus the improvement on human rights.
