Chinese people are the direct victims of corrupt. What officials corrupt invaded is people’s rights and benefits. Only victims can understand what corrupt means to them; only victims can understand what corrupt officials mean; only victims can understand what they have suffered bully and persecution. Likewise those who have suffered robbery can understand bandits’ heatless and cruel.

CCP government officials forcibly decide for common people. People appeal for corruption, and then they will be against corrupt instead of people. Let governors oppose against governor’s corruption. What CCP has done not only means thieves are crying for thieves and can be seen by people. CCP government considers anti-corruption a sort of shaking regime. CCP government also thinks that officials corrupt will spread power and undermines power monopoly.

Hence, in order to protect its regime, concerning corruption, CCP government only has meeting, propagandas on the Medias and arrests couple of little officials who have corrupted. Doing this only can foster corruption and enlarge the range of corruption. The victims are the ordinary people.
