To the presently inexhaustible phenomena of Chinese corrupt officials, I think that it has close relationship with CCP autocratic regime. Except for the social administration, what is much more important for CCP is to guarantee the possession of political power forever. To achieve the goal, CCP administrates the society; meanwhile it also opposes political differential. CCP needs its officials to take over its task, give them more privilege and benefit, greatly care for its officials, and absolutely not punish them. That indicates that little corruption is not corruption, and great unexposed corruption means nothing. That can keep the stableness of CCP officials and keep the centripetal force of autocratic regime. Hence, Chinese officials have political protection and officials’ protection leads to huge amounts of corruption officials.
