Chinese people are lack of freedom of speech. It reason is related with Chinese social system. As we all known, presently Chinese social system is CCP one-party autocracy. Chinese government has set up many obstacles concerning the freedom of speech. Although provision of law regulates that Chinese people have freedom speech, and welcome people to advise, provision of law concerning freedom of speech not only stay on the characters and the government doesn’t give people great space of freedom of speech. So called welcome to advice only can speak out the achievements of the government. Once they touch the officials’ wrongness, corruption or dereliction of duty and etc will result from punish later.

One-party autocratic system has directly led to the fundamental reason of freedom of speech. In recent years, Chinese people are very cautiously, and dare not to speak a lot. Especially in public or holidays, the majority of people can’t say anything and those who dare to say are less and less.

Chinese society is urgent to freedom of speech and opening up freedom of speech does good to people’s relationship, to communication between government and people and to impetus the Chinese social moral civilization.
