Nian Ji: We Worried about Chinese Environmental Problem
计念（Nian Ji）
Chinese economy development has made wonders, bringing billions people out of poverty, immeasurable welfare. However, the cost of overloaded increase in economy is the serious industrial pollution and environmental deterioration. But some government officials think that it’s the unavoidable problem for the economy development.
Chinese excessive economy development has resulted in a series of ecological crisis: glacial recession, discontinuous flow, lakes shrink, grassland deterioration, the decrease of wetland, desertification expansion, biodiversity reduction, and garbage threat, leading to the living environment shocked by some area. The water is awful; the fishes are poison and the planted rice and vegetable inedible.
To the environment, individuals, enterprises and different-level governments should take over responsibilities. One country even should take over the responsibilities. The deterioration environment firstly threatens the local people. Hence, Chinese government officials should face environmental responsibilities and be aware that it is the people that have suffered the environmental deterioration most, the land that have suffered the bitter and the International environment that has suffered the disaster. As a large population and economy country, the government should increase the investment on the environmental protection and legislation and dedicate to it.
