Mingzhi Zhang: Chinese People can’t have freedom of speech

Chinese ordinary people’s life is getting bitter and bitter. They have to face the increasing commodity price every day, but their earning just can maintains the simple living. It’s hard for them to afford the increasing medical insurance, children’s tuition fee and etc. Facing such kinds of problems, people are angry but not dare to say, because Chinese society doesn’t have freedom of speech and people only can submit to humiliation.

Therefore, what’s government officials’ life? They possess power at hand, and they can trade money for power and seize huge amounts of money and resource to entertain them. They don’t care for people’s life. Facing government officials, people only are angry but not dare to say.

Chinese people should possess basic human rights, fight for freedom of speech and fairness and respect, with dignity. In recent years, what has government said and then people should do so. Chinese people have cost a lot for no freedom of speech.

Chinese society needs to be renovated and updated. The era that people don’t have freedom of speech has never come.
