Wei Hao: Chinese government should restrict government officials’ power

Under the 60 years of CCP governing China, huge amounts of Chinese government officials participate in corruption. From these corruption cases, it is mostly because of lack of power monitoring. Different levels of CCP government officials are recommended and assigned by upper-level official and then inspected by organization department. Then it will file up and assign them. Whoever can be the parent official for people? People don’t know, and officials are not elected by people. These kinds of government officials can take responsibility for people? These kinds of officials neither take responsibility for people, nor take advantage of absolute power to bully people. As officials, they corrupt and make money and then they upgrade and depend on upper-level to bride. Chinese officialdom not only has formed from power to corruption, but also to new corruption, a vicious circle.

No democracy country government officials like Chinese government officials. They take advantage of power at hand to corrupt without hesitation. Due to corruption of Chinese social system, it leads to government incapability. The power at officials’ hands is expanding and corruptions cases are appearing again and again, making Chinese people live in the tough time.

Chinese government should understand that corruption restriction is spreading. Firstly it should restrict government officials’ power, and let government officials’ power is monitored by people. It should precede reform gradually and let government officials’ power is truly monitored and restricted by law.
