Zhenji Jin: Human rights and freedom guarantee can’t be deterred
Chinese people should face the political power and know the essence of strong power and violent regime. According to the relative judgment, or the related policy, it is concerned the country fate and individual future. It also becomes the moral responsibility to protest against violent regime. During the period of thriving rights defending movements coving China mainland, when thousands of compatriots were kidnapped, monitored, sentenced, charged or ill-treated, democrats fasted to protest against the violent movements to discuss and dispute what on earth take advantage the current Constitutions and law source to proceed the rights maintaining, or to defend human rights discussion to protest against the system outside. People should take a look at the current function of law.
Law, as a justice instrument to prevent people from invading each other, to the extended degree, its value is to prevent the government and officials from invading human rights and freedom. Once it has happened the rights invasive events, it should abide by the state law to safeguard the personal rights. Thus, Human rights and freedom guarantee can’t be deterred.
