One corruption society is sure to lead to unfair distribution. Today’s Chinese society, due to defect existing in the system, has led to the absolute power at the different-level government officials’ hands. The government has carried out paternalistic management system for a long time. Under such kind of system, power has unlimitedly been expanding and has already become the tool for collecting money. What the government officials have done has already beyond the benefits of law and people. Without people’s monitor and restriction of law, we should abide by the leadership of the party and this is the increasingly serious origin of the corruption.

Corruption punishment is one of the biggest things that Chinese government has had. Because Chinese society system is the corrupt autocratic system, under the autarchy, the corruption is always unsolved. The corruption system is prior to corrupt officials. Chinese government officials’ power can’t be controlled, monitored or restricted, and that is decided by Chinese autarchy. If Chinese government hasn’t improved the corrupt system and only simply combated corruption, and then the anti-corruption won’t have good ending.
