5:36pm, December 22nd, 2009, when the people of USA was in the festival atmosphere of Christmas, a CCP spy came to the headquarter of China Democracy Party, sent a bunch of flowers for mourning dead people and once again gave deadly threat to Jun Wang, the chairman of China Democracy Party, proprietor of “China Democracy Journal”. To prevent the horrible and dirty behaviors of CCP government to threat overseas democratized people and to display justice, the chairman of China Democracy Party, proprietor of “China Democracy Journal”, Jun Wang went to 109 police department of New York to report the case. The policemen on duty treated Mr. Jun Wang warm-heartedly. Mr. Jun Wang brought the video and pictures of the suspect from the computer monitoring system to the department. The policemen reviewed in detail the records of former deadly threats faced by Jun Wang from CCP spies.
The policemen suggested Mr. Jun Wang to start the automatic alarm system in the office under urgent situation and call 911 or 1-888-692-7233 to get in touch with police. Therefore, the police can deal with the cases in time and stop the crime as soon as possible.

2009年12月22日下午5时36分，正当美国人民沉浸在圣诞节的欢乐时分之际，中共特务来到中国民主党党部、《中国民主报》社给中国民主党主席、《中国民主报》社社长王军先生送一束悼念死者的菊花，再一次死亡威胁王军主席。为了制止中共政府在海外对民主人士的流氓恐怖行为，伸张正义，2009年12月24日下午5时，中国民主党主席、《中国民主报》社社长王军来到纽约109警察局报案。值班警察热情接待了王军先生，王军先生携带了电脑监控系统拍摄的嫌疑人录像与照片资料，警方还仔细阅看了近几年来，中共特务多次用流氓恐怖行为死亡威胁王军先生的相关记录。
警方建议王军先生可以在紧急情况下，启动办公室内的自动报警系统，还可以拨打911报警电话，或1-888-692-7233电话联系警方，为警方及时处理案件、制止犯罪提供方便。
