Dexiang Zhang: Corruption in China must be Resolved from Systematical Aspects

Looking through the corruption cases in Chinese society, the common character of them is that they are systematical corruption, which means the continuously emerging phenomena of corruption is due to a lack of oversight mechanisms and effective legal restrictions. China today is a one-party dictated society without a reasonable social system. Therefore, government officials have absolute power, which easily leads to absolute corruption, a regular pattern universally known.
The Chinese government proposes plans such as development collaborating with stability, establishing a harmony society. As a matter of fact, real development and stability of Chinese society can only be fulfilled when corruption in any form is eliminated completely at first. Then, the people rise up their sense of supervision, a system of oversight is established, legal system is improved, officials and ordinary people behave in common and everyone is equal before laws. The most important thing is a multi-party ruled political form. The parties can supervise each other and restrict each other. Under those conditions, the government becomes clear and responsible. As a conclusion, implementing the multi-party ruled democratic system in Chinese society can eliminate the severe problems of corruption completely from the systematical aspects.
