China is a country with large population, who can’t receive proper education to improve their mental quality, so most people have less legal awareness. This kind of unawareness not only happens in minds of the people, als
o happens among the officials. Some administrators in local government abuse their power, practice favoritism, keep low mental awareness and knowingly violate laws. As a result, numerous trumped-up cases emerge. The officials’ stupid and silly ways to deal cases cause wide ranges of anger. The image of administrative departments is deeply affected that the people lose faith in the government.

Chinese people were always warm-hearted and innocent. However, most people in China today have unstable hearts that selfishness and indifference spread over the nation like a plague. Incidents of ignoring others’ call for help appear often. No one care about things unbeneficial to himself. Self-preservation has become a way of living agreed by most people. Expansion of indifference, selfishness and secularity will lead to deterioration of social atmosphere. The criminals fear nothing and do all they want. The rate of crimes keep high that people can only take care of themselves when spare no other energy to do favor to other. This situation is not a coincidence. It is the long-term dictatorship of CCP that deeply causes the fall of morality in Chinese society.
