Human beings and the environment have really intimate relation. The survival and development of human beings all rely on the exploit and usage of environment and resources. However, in the process of exploiting environment, economy is always the key point while environment protection is ignored. The deep rooted reason for the destruction of environment is a lack of awareness of environment protection and appropriate system.

Nowadays, the regional environment in China is devastating day after day and threats the health and safety of ordinary people. The severe environmental crisis in China has caused worldwide attention. This region has large scale, deeply affective and influential environment pollution and ecology destruction. The serious environment problems have surpassed the simple economy problem. Because of the disadvantages in system, China not only can’t solve its own environment problems, but also threat the global interest of environment.

Therefore, Chinese government and people must promote the reform on social system and resolve environment problems by reasonable social system. Meanwhile, it should strengthen universal environment education and rise up its environmental awareness. That’s the only solution to protect environment.
