The international community has focused on the situation of human rights in China for long. In these years, United Nations General Assembly and many human rights organizations discussed on a lot of proposals provide by UN member countries on the topic of China’s human rights. However, the situation in China is getting worse instead of a progress in human rights. The Chinese government keeps on persecuting Chinese people and oppressing dissents. Moreover, Chinese government plays duplicity in dealing with human rights without any sincerity. Facing pressure from the international community, it took tough attitudes towards softness and used confrontation instead of communication. These dirty behaviors shocked the international community.

Respecting and protection human rights are the universal faith of all human being, so a reformation of China’s human rights is urgent. Chinese people should firstly establish a faith in striving for human rights and spare no hope on Chinese government. Chinese people can utilize many methods such as defending rights and resisting violence to ask the government to ameliorate human rights. In addition, people can ask the government to release all rights defenders, dissents and religionists arrested and China Democracy Party members in jail. Consequently, the Chinese government has to open a talk with the people on human rights and fulfill its promise to improve human rights.
