Defeng Zhang: Only under a Democratic System can Legal Independence Truly Realize

If a country has no democratic system, legal independence will be impossible. The prevailing autocratic system in China nowadays has proved this rule. The contemporary legal system in China is a extension of CCP’s political power controlled by several people. Legislation is the major administrator of the laws of a nation. Once the legislation is not independent in China, how come can the country be recognized as a lawful state.

The relation between democracy and legislation can be said as a cause and result relation. If a country has a democratic system, there will be legislation internally, on the contrary, no democracy, no real legislation. In contemporary China, the CCP authority utilizes the fake legal appearance to dim the democracy concepts and mislead the sights of democrats. Man controlling is a typical feature of tyrant system. No matter how hard the CCP tries to package itself, it’s not able to change the man controlled inwardness of Chinese society.

Chinese society can only realize democracy under legal independence. Once the legislation is possible, promotion of moral civilization, high cultured personnel among all Chinese and improvement of citizens’ quality will then be possibilities.
