Contemporary Chinese people have no basic human rights or speech freedom. They can’t openly discuss democracy, freedom, human rights or legislation. The feature of an autocratic nation is the man ruling. The government frequently utilizes violence upon the people. The consequence of fierce means is tramples over laws and human rights. China is a tyrant country that infringement into human rights is emerging continuously. CCP officials compel peasants to leave their lands and destroy people’s houses to achieve their political records. As a result, thousands of people lose their homes and are not even allowed to petite to the higher offices.

Officials in Chinese government barely violate constitution and the law administrators break and trample laws. The deep rooted reason is the human ruling. The party’s interest is higher than people’s benefits or even laws. To change China’s social situations, the unique way is to apply democratic and political reform. Finally, China will have the multi-party ruled democratic system.
