Yuanjie Chen: Chinese Government Must Strengthen Environment Protection

International community and environment protection organizations have warned about the increasingly serious problems of environment pollution in China for many times. If Chinese government doesn’t take effective measures to emphasize environment protection, unimaginable environment disaster and crisis will emerge in districts of China.

Specialists in environment protection have pointed out that only at the aspect of water sources, all city residents in China are drinking poisonous water. It will take a long time for water in this region to reach the normal criteria again. Besides water, there are air pollution, food security, ecological balance and so on. The facts have shown that environment catastrophe in China is not far away.

To strengthen environment protection in China does not only have things to do with the future of China and the destiny of Chinese people, but also relates to international environment and healthy development of all human beings. Therefore, strengthening environment protection is an inevitable responsibility of Chinese government.
