Zhoucai Jiang: The Poisonous Milk of “Sanlu” is the Result of the Autocratic System

Food safety is a internationally important topic and relates to the health of all human beings. In recent years, the food safety in China has caused a lot of concerns. Accidents on food safety keep on emerging. Behind each food safety accident, there are many problems to be reviewed. The milk powder of “Sanlu” is polluted by melamine, which can lead to severe problems to a person’s urinary. Moreover, the victims in this “Sanlu” poisonous powder accident are little babies who have just come into the world.

The incident of “Sanlu” poisonous milk powder is not an independent case. It exists in a defective system. The criminals without conscience take advantages of the flaws in the system and make benefits out of it. The incident of “Sanlu” poisonous milk powder is originally caused by China’s autocratic system. If this autocratic system doesn’t end soon, Chinese society will never have a bright future.
