Xiyun Shi: The Birth Control Policy is Full of Violence

In administrating the birth control policy and related rules, women of all ethics and ages are compelled to strictly comply with the cruel terms. All women at birth age have experienced many violent “Administration of Birth Control Rules” such as forced abortion and miscarriage. The birth control violates Chinese women’s birth rights and invades their basic human rights for long.

The birth control policy not only kills women’s ordinary will of having babies, but also influences the age, sex and ethic structure of China’s population. It is completely against morals and ethics. Human beings are developing towards the direction of civilization, so that Chinese people can’t tolerate the violent torture over women’s bodies and spirits anymore. Sacrificing women’s basic human rights to control the population is not acceptable. We now understand that birth control policy has much more disadvantages than benefit and has caused lasting damage to the society. Reproduction is a natural rules which can’t be included into government’s policies. Therefore, the birth control policy must be abolished incidentally.
