Though Chinese government has prescribed clearly in the constitution that Chinese people have the rights of speech freedom, the government has strictly limited people’s talks in the reality. It requires the people to keep positive words and speak nicely. All the media must report according the commands of the government. What the media report, what the people must say. To all of these, the government has the reason that stability is more important than all other things. It has proved that Chinese people have no speech freedom.

The problems of Chinese people’s speech freedom must be solved. The people should have rights of speech freedom. To realize this condition, firstly there must be environment for speech freedom. By implementing large scale of democracy reform, the basis for speech freedom can be found. This foundation can ameliorate people’s speech freedom.

Secondly, the party ban must be opened up. Once there is a multi-party rule, Chinese people can then enjoy speech freedom.
