A corruptive society is a unfair society as well. The power in hand of all levels of CCP officials has become the tool for them to corrupt and collect money. The lack of supervision and restriction on the official’s power has surpassed the laws and people’s interest. Therefore, the unfair distribution in Chinese society results in polarity and fall of social morality.

Contemporary Chinese government proposes a plan of constructing a harmony society based on development and stability. The hope and original desire is good, but the true development and stability of Chinese society must firstly establish a supervision system. When there is a sound legal system, officials’ power will be put under supervision of the people and the laws. The man ruling can be transformed to law rule and corruption phenomena can be eliminated. Meanwhile, starting reforms of political system, allowing opposite party to step onto the political stage and realizing multi-party rule, all of these make the government clean and resolve the serious problems of corruption in Chinese society.
