Lan Chen: Realize Multi-party Ruling Democratic System in China

China is a country long controlled by CCP’s one-party dictatorship. Because of a lack of essential supervision on the power of the ruling party, the one-party rule of CCP has become a extreme tyrant regime.

If there are two or more parties in Chinese society to take the political power in turn, China will step out the shadow of autocratic system. Though every party has their own groups of interest in a multi-party ruling system, they have reached an agreement on the balance and restricts of power which can lead to coexistence of all parties and their benefits. This mutual compromise puts national and the people’s interest as premise and reaches agreement.

Multi-party regime naturally forms the supervision between parties in law, but the specific initiatives on supervision depend on the people. Only people can really implement supervision over the ruling party. Certainly, the political civilization of people also needs to achieve necessary heights. Multi-party rule is normally seen in democratic country and is the trend of world’s civilization as well. Therefore, the time to realize multi-party ruling democratic system in China is not far.
