Only by establishing a tolerant democracy system in China, can the solidarity and harmony between different ethnics in Chinese society can get confirmed, and the open up and economy development of the society be possible. The leaders of Chinese government proposed a plan to establish “Harmony Society”. However, “Harmony Society” must have a tolerant system as guarantee. A tolerant social system must be the democracy system. The fundamental features of a democracy system is peaceful relation between varies ethnics, religion groups and cultures. The government and officials are elected by the people. The people never suffer persecutions from government and officials. Instead, the government and officials have to accept supervision from the people.

A nation under democracy system will certainly be a tolerant and harmony society. A nation under one-party dictatorship will absolutely have no tolerance and harmony. In China, any ordinary person who cares about politics and their own destiny has understood that a harmony society can never be possible under the one-party dictatorship of CCP. Implementing multi-party rule democracy system is the only practical and effective method to establish a tolerant and harmony society.
