Zhao Yang: Why Education Corruption Cases Never Cease in China?
杨昭(Zhao Yang)
In recent years, education corruption emerges continuously, from student enrollment, classroom building, faculty residents and dormitory construction, renovation and conversion and personnel adjustment. The corruption exists in purchasing textbooks, notebooks, uniforms, printers, electronic equipments and office products. Even the insurance of students is intervened by corruption. The corruption has prevailed in China which also influences the primary school. Some pupils send presents to the class monitor and teachers in order to gain good scores.
The one-party dictatorship of CCP is so dark and CCP dares to do all immoral things to collect money. Under the model of officials at higher position doing corruption, the lower officials imitate them. When problems come up, the lower officials have to take the responsibility. The fundamental cause is the autocratic system of CCP. The so-called “Features of China” and “Communism” are not believed even by themselves. The CCP officials only believe in money. These immoral leaders will make the morals of society collapse. Where is “Morality” and “Dignity” in China?
Under the “Great”, “Glory” and “Correct” leadership of CCP, corruption exists in all areas of the society. The finance, the bureau, the legal system and the medical system are all corruptive. As a result, the education system falls into corruption as well. Corruption has already became the most serious and difficult problem facing CCP. Resolving corruption requires a reform in political system. The CCP fears the political reform will overturn their rule and deprive their power in hands, so CCP rejects the political reform,
The money corrupted by CCP officials has surpassed the education fund and corruption is threatening the stability of the political control. Corruption is a certain consequence of a autocratic system. They have natural causal relation. If the political system is not changed and the country doesn’t accept democracy, corruption can never be eliminated. From the past to present, not any autocratic country can oppress corruption and control its spread. Nowadays we have reached a conclusion or a principle: Corruption can’t be cured without democracy and all kinds of severe punishments will be useless.
