The amelioration in China’s human rights situation not only benefit the stability and harmony of Chinese society, decrease conflicts between officials and people and allow the people to gradually obtain basic human rights, but also assist Chinese government to ameliorate the environment of dialogue between China, democratic countries and international community. To make sure this point is not a difficult job for the government of China.

In recent years, Chinese government has to face pressures to ameliorate human rights in China from many aspects during the time of two important national conferences, so it is forced to solve some troublesome problems in human rights. On the other hand, it tries all means to oppress human rights problems, such as arresting dissents and religionists, sending back and persecuting petitioners. The two behaviors are contradictory. The Chinese government can’t avoid and must face this fact.

At time of “Two Conferences” held by Chinese government, the representatives to the conferences should listen to and accept critics and suggestions from international community on human rights problems in China. The representatives also need to promote and spread ideas of human rights and strengthen the legal education in the whole society. Once the propaganda of human rights is done, there will be a favorable environment respecting human rights. There is one reason that the development of human rights situation ask for the collaborative endeavor of the government and the people.
