Juan Wan: The Unfair Distribution in Chinese Society is Caused by the System

The extreme income polarization in Chinese society is caused by the unfair distribution. This phenomenon has constituted a giant threat to the stability of Chinese society. To fix this problem, CCP government has declaimed to implement “Reform on Distribution System”. However, this so-called reform has gone wrong direction at beginning. Firstly the government officials rise up their wages, then officers in army get more pay. This reform is correcting the unfair distribution or making new inequity.

The main group of people facing unfair distribution in China is ordinary citizens. They have no access to the policy making of distribution and can’t participate in wealth distribution as well. The distribution reform doesn’t take equal chance, fair start point and complete system as its principles. Under these conditions, there will never be fair distribution or wealth in people, nor will the people really have the power of fair distribution. The fundamental reason for the situation is a monopoly over power distribution of CCP authority.

The tyrant government of CCP starts from taking control of Chinese society and grasps the power of distribution tightly. Having the power of distribution in hands, the government is able to decide who can be rich and who should stay in poverty. The officials have the saying. This is the key point causing the unfair distribution in Chinese society.
