To ease people’s anger, CCP authority has to claim their determination to eliminate corruption and promise the people that it will show no mercy upon corruptive officials. Sometimes the government punishes a few corruptive officials to show the people. By these means, the government is able to hoodwink Chinese people. Their intention is to relief social contradictions and continue CCP’s tyrant regime. Because officials under CCP’s one-party dictatorship are the main participators of corruption, the anti-corruption actions initiated by the government can’t solve corruption problems fundamentally.

In contemporary world, all autocratic systems share same feature that their tyrant characteristics can’t be transformed completely. The tyrant political power is a corruptive officials’ group in itself. They won’t easily give up autocracy nor change towards the direction of a democracy system. Therefore, if CCP authority government doesn’t change the political system, the problems of corruption in China can’t be truly solved fundamentally.
