Lin, Jie: Realization of Democracy can Resolve Human Rights Problem Reasonably
2008 Beijing Olympics Games is approaching day by day. In order to run the Olympic Games, CCP government put a lot of human, material and financial resources, it can be said this investment has exceeded all previous Olympic Games’ investments. For China this developing economy, that has exceeded its capacity to bear. Public opinion shows that Beijing Olympics is Chinese government needed Olympic Games, not the ordinary people most need the Olympic Games. What Chinese people need is that Government improve human rights and democratic reform, and make China on path of democracy, freedom and human rights. A democratic government would be reasonable to deal with the issue of human rights. In today’s China there is no democracy, it means that there are no human rights in this country.
Human rights are above all. In Chinese society, should be the first of democracy , freedom and human rights, democracy in again on the basis of hosting the Olympic Games; then there are Olympic conductive to China’s economic development and progress of civilization; a stable China will be conducive to safeguard world peace and promote progress of human civilization.
