CCP government’s aim of building a harmonious society is to build a society ruled by law and realize the people’s freedoms and rights. Maintaining social stability and unity, we must face the social contradictions and social problems. Government maintain a positive image of themselves in control of media, it is necessary to reflect the “scene of prosperity everywhere”, but also to expose the dark side of society so that people understand the real state of society, people play a supervisory role.

In order to protect the rights of supervision by public opinion, we should believe the strength of rule of law, and gradually improve the relevant legislation norms.
