Zheng, Xiaolu: The Fundamental Source of Violent Administration in China is the System
郑晓路(Zheng, Xiaolu)
In many years, local Chinese government use violence to administrate, especially in the aspect of forced demolition. The violent demolition is a commonly seen social chronic disease in society of China. Countless families and ordinary people experience the tragedy. Local government wanting to make political achievement and facial construction implement large scale construction of buildings, roads and bridges. During process of demolition, many lower-class people have to fight against government’s violent demolition as price of their bodies and lives. One kind of scene is usually seen: Weak elder people, women and children standing in front of their age-long houses confront with dozens of so-called “Administrators” who have weapons in hand. The consequence is that no matter how much blood they have bled and how hard they have cried, all are in vain. The people are forcefully pulled out of their houses and their houses were crashed down mercilessly. The little amount of their treasure is buried under the ruins. How hardhearted and coldblooded are they to do so cruel actions.
The difficult progress of civilization of Chinese society has many reasons. They fundamental one lies in a lack of advanced social system in society of China. Contemporary government is under the one-party dictatorship of CCP. The power to restrict lower levels of government is in hands of higher level of government. No matter horizontal or vertical, no one can balance the power. Nowadays, the effective supervision institute must be all levels of people’s representatives’ conferences. However, the conferences are merely pieces of decoration without practical usage. Because of all kinds of reasons, the violent administrations can never end.
Not until the social system in China is reformed can the monopoly of power in hands of government and officials can be eliminated. The social civilization and progress will face lots of difficulties.
