Zhao, Xiuhua: Emphasis on Environment Protection Can’t Delay

The environment problems in China are never optimistic. The dirt in air surpasses the standard. Drinking water is polluted in large scale. Food contains poisons. The facts have proven that why the environment protection can become a problem for Chinese government? This is caused by the environment protection mistake done by the government. During the process of economy development, the government only seeks economy interest and doesn’t emphasize environment protection according to science.

Environment protection must have real actions. It can’t stay only on promotion and education. Nowadays, facing more and more severe environment problems, the environment departments of Chinese government react slowly. The industrial gas, water and materials are deposed into the environment directly into natural environment. The environment protection paces of China are much slower than its economy development speed. Therefore, emphasis on environment protection can’t delay anymore.
