Zhang, Liangyan: Opening up Speech Freedokm Can Promote the Democracy Process in China

Democratic society allows different voices and people can get informed of any information from the media without limitations of time, location and occasion. People are able to freely express differed political opinions and ideas, even criticize the government, officials and the nation’s president. Because there is complete legal system in a democratic country, there will be a reasonable social system as well.
Chinese people have no rights of speech freedom. They can’t speak at their will. The government blocks the internet for a long time. People can’t randomly read related articles on internet. People should know as less as the outside information. If people know nothing about “Democracy, Freedom, Human Rights and Legislation”, it will be much better. The CCP authority infiltrates people with “The Party Culture” to eternally guard their autocratic regime.
Chinese government must give up the restrictions on the internet and stop the censorship on internet. Only when the Chinese society opens internet freedom and unblock the press limits, people then can truly understand democracy, freedom, human rights, legislation, fairness and wealth. By doing these, the democracy process in China can be effectively promoted.
