Yanfang, Liu: Chinese Government Should Abolish the Birth Control Policy as Soon as Possible

Since the end of 1970s of last century, Chinese government made “Birth Control Policy” to control growth of population. The policy is explained as following: implement “Family Planning” guided by the country and volunteered by all families. That is to say, how many children a family can have must be decided by each family. The government can only act as a guide. This is a total lie to deceive all Chinese and the international community. The violent “Birth Control policy” could become a “beautiful” lie.
For many years, the birth control policy has severely obstructed the amelioration and progress of China’s human rights. The coming out and administration of birth control policy prove that CCP authority is intervening people’s family life. This is a violent and foolish policy under CCP’s autocratic system. In the process of administrating birth control policy, many departments harm women’s bodies unimaginably. The birth control department always arrests pregnant women. If the pregnant women can’t get the permission from government, they will be forced to do abortion. Many women die from abortion and these serious influence their life and health.
Solving the human rights problem in China and promoting human rights amelioration and progress must firstly allow people to gain basic living rights. Once they have basic living rights, they can then have the rights of development. The birth control police is still killing people’s lives in China. The living rights are depraved. As a result, Chinese people’s basic human rights are not guaranteed for long. All facts have shown that Chinese government should abolish the birth control policy as soon as possible.
