Opening up press and media freedom can satisfy people’s rights to know. Opening up speech freedom can satisfy people’s rights to express. This is the basis for a nation to implement democracy and freedom system. If a country’s people lack rights to know and rights to express, no matter how the government tries to say “democracy and freedom”, all these will be lies. The “stability” and “harmony” under the fake democracy can only be fantasy. They are not true and only used to cheat people.

Chinese society is stepping towards civilization and progress. The government has to tolerate voices from people, open up press and media freedom. Opening up speech freedom and media freedom can have some negative influence on the image of government. However, restricting speeches and media freedom is actually harmful to the social stability.

Contemporary world is during the time of fast information flow. The Chinese government is using the advanced information system to realize people’s rights to know and express. Modestly listening to voices from people and coordinating opinions from all levels of people, government can serve all people afterwards. This is the necessary route for China to step towards democracy and legislation.
