United Nations passed “World Human Rights Declaration” six decades ago and required all member countries to promote and obey it. “In spite of nation and political position, it should be spread, displayed, read and explained at all levels of schools and education departments.”

In Chinese society, human rights problems exist at many aspects. Especially during time of memorizing June 4, rights defenders, dissents and religionists are severely oppressed. Some are arrested and sentenced. Even though, more and more people are willing to strive for China’s human rights career.

Human rights concepts have entered China many years. The ideas and understanding of human rights in Chinese people have progressed. However, the human rights situation in China doesn’t ameliorate. At many places in Chinese society, incidents that government and officials trample human rights happen always. The reason is that CCP officials put their own actions over laws. They don’t accept the restrictions of laws and have privilege over passing laws. They are infringing people’s human rights.

Today’s Chinese people face a government without ration and justice. What can we do? Chinese people can only stand up and protect their human rights. Chinese government should stop persecution and violence and obey “World Human Rights Declaration”. Therefore, bloods can be avoided and human rights situation can be ameliorated. China can be built as a society with democracy, freedom, human rights and legislation.
