李学良(Li,Xueliang)

The imbalance between the rich and poor in China is a distribution inequity phenomenon made by the problem inside the system. For example, the land system is not beneficial for the farmers to make fortune; the land is not an estate and will be forced to expropriate at any time and the usufruct will be deprived at any time. The financial system in China is basically monopolized by the government. The banks offer loans to powerful company or nationalized company only while the minor enterprise and the ordinary citizens can’t get that, which make them have no way to do financing. As a result, the venture rate in China is far more below the average in developed countries. The nationalized company monopolized by government put all the wealth throughout the country into minor pockets.

Only the foundation of general election system in China can relieve or solve the problem of distribution inequity essentially. The CCP government is a privilege monopolized system not a democratic election system. This system is not convenient for the citizens and cannot lead them to wealth.

If the target that” lead people to wealth together” raise by the Chinese government cannot be attained, the imbalance between rich and poor and distribution inequity problem cannot be solved either because the poverty of the demotic citizens is a right poverty. If the Chinese society could not improve the wealth distribution from the view of improving power distribution, then they cannot attain the target that leading the demotic citizens to wealth. If the Chinese society intends to improve the people’s livelihood by improving the civil rights, they should entitle the demotic citizens to choose their governments and officials.
