Dai,Yiqi : China needs real democracy

The Chinese government doesn’t allow the existence of democracy, freedom, civil rights in any form, even appearance on the media in the form of text is not allowed either, not to mention the voice and demand of democracy, freedom and civil rights
For instance, kinds of elections will be held annually by the government, the electors were already nominated “inside” in the form of candidates. So called “inside” means operating under the table, the referendum is formalism used to cover their real intents, which is actually bluffing. Finally, the officials stated hypocritically that the electors were elected democratically representing the wills of the people. Here we saw the word “democracy” and the process of how democracy was born as the official said, however, is this democracy that the Chinese people need? No!
Now that the CCP doesn’t allow the existence of democracy, why do they boast so called democracy everywhere? The fact is that they are making a show to the citizens. The autocracy of the Chinese government and the democracy the Chinese people need are two sides contradict each other. The autocracy will be threatened and restricted as long as the debut of the real democracy and that is why the CCP rejects it.
