The power of government and officials is not subject to supervision due to system deficiency in nowadays Chinese society. Power that is not subject to supervision becomes absolute power which leads to definitely corruption. For years, this power has become tools for the officials to take money under management system of CCP’s benefit clique and is superior to both legislation and people’s benefits.

Corruptive officials appear in corruptive system. The power in officials’ hands cannot be impossible to be corruptive since it is not either under surveillance of media or subject to the restriction of law. Autocracy is the soil and root of corruption. The consequence will not be optimism if the Chinese government doesn’t change corruptive system just combat corruption mechanically. Combating Corruption is a major event for CCP, society reform can confine severe corruption problem.
