The CCP has taken the Chinese political power for over 60 years. The civil rights in China has been widely concerned by international society. There are rules to secure civil rights in Chinese constitution. Recent years, CCP is duplicitous on civil rights deceiving people and international society for a long time. Civil rights violation happens a lot in China. The civil rights problem has not ameliorated confronted with the international pressure. If the Chinese government has the sincerity to ameliorate civil rights they should comply with the items in constitution.

No matter government or the officials treaded constitution. The items about civil rights in the constitution shaped like hypothetical. The civil rights won’t be ameliorated as long as the Chinese society continues with autocracy.

In order to urge Chinese government ameliorate civil rights, the Chinese government should open dialogue on civil rights making substantive progresses on civil rights. Only by this way can push Chinese civil rights moving forward to a positive direction.
