Freedom speech is indispensable just like the need of sunlight, water, air, and food for human beings. A society needs an environment of freedom speech; everyone is entitled to freedom speech, which is not subject to others’ interferences and controls. People should endure different contents of speech between each other especially different opinions and suggestions because everyone is equal in a society of freedom speech.

Nowadays in Chinese society, the common people cannot express their speeches and opinions not mention to criticize the government officials on pain of sentencing “destruct solidarity” or even capture and imprison depending on severity. For years, the Chinese people lost freedom of speech, this right has been long time deprived.

Freedom speech is the basic civil rights and is a constitutional part of Natural Rights. Everyone has freedom speech right. The Chinese government should free speech returning freedom of speech to people.
