The policy of reform and opening up has been implemented for years, making the economic developed and making people rich. However the disparity between rich and poor is becoming more and more serious because of lacking equal and justice check and balance system working on wealth distribution. China is agricultural country and the Chinese peasants contributed economical development to a great extent even nowadays the price of Chinese agricultural products is very low. A large amount of resources input city that is small or large consistently, however what do they got at last? Thousands of workers get paid very limited that they have to go back home. Although some of the peasants become rich, this rich is illusory richness founded on RMB’s depreciation. The disparity cannot be changed if this kind of phenomenon stays still.

The goal that “making some becomes rich first, leading the rest to common wealth” has not been realized. Nowadays, the most of the public are poor with minor become rich, under which circumstance the majority of the rich became cold and insensitive, lacked of moral consciousness and take their families and wealth abroad , abandoning the country that created the wealth for them. Some of the citizens have aiti-wealth moods more or less because days of most poor are very hard which leads to the increase of group antagonism. There is no reason to doubt the disparity between the rich and poor in China, however the reason for this lies within system. System reform plays an active role in promoting equal distribution of wealth in China. A good system can lead Chinese people to common wealth.
